An Ocean County native, Edward Rasiewicz joined the Restaurant Nicholas team in 2009 as a food runner, bringing with him a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to learn everything he could about Restaurant Nicholas. He was quickly promoted from waiter to captain before being named Maitre D’ in 2011. Because he has worked virtually every position at Restaurant Nicholas, his understanding  of Nicholas Harary’s cuisine and service is unparalleled. Rasiewicz’s charm, quick wit and grace under pressure have made him beloved by staff members and guests alike.
