Kelly Kennedy was born in Tom’s River, NJ in 1981. Once a week, she was encouraged by her parents to create a homemade meal for her family and found that desserts were her calling. Fostering her passion for pastry, Kennedy went to The Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 2002. Upon graduation, she spent three years at The Gramercy Tavern working under renowned Pastry Chef Claudia Fleming. Kennedy collaborates closely with Chef Nicholas Harary and Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Wilkins creating desserts that showcase pure, natural flavors and seasonal ingredients. 160 Route 35 South, Red Bank, NJ 07701
