Owner Peter Stolpman joins us to celebrate Stolpman Vineyards, 100% Estate-grown wines, crafted on the limestone hills of Santa Barbara, California. Peter will be on hand to discuss 20 years of viticultural experimentation including hand harvesting and organic farming. The Restaurant Nicholas kitchen created an exquisite 5-Course Menu to pair with Stolpman's unique offering of Rhone varietals.

This special dinner is an homage to one of my favorite food meccas, New Orleans. The city's cuisine is eclectic and out of this world, every visit I leave inspired (and a few pounds heavier!). It's also where Melissa and I tasted Cafe du Monde's legendary beignets. It took me years to perfect the recipe and this is the one night of the year we bring them back. You don't want to miss it.
