I have done hundreds of wine dinners over the last 19 years but I can’t ever remember hosting a winemaker with as much significance around the Michelin Star world as Jean Trimbach from Domaine Trimbach. Ask any sommelier to list the best white wines of the world and Trimbach’s Clos Ste. Hune will be included.

During my time at Jean-George, Trimbach’s wines were on every tasting menu. One of my favorite wine travelling memories was spending a day with Jean Trimbach and his wife in Ribeauvillé Alsace.
