The inspiration for this one night only menu stemmed from a recent delivery of wild ramps from our local forager. Late Spring produces wild amounts of seasonal produce and this year put the kitchen into overdrive. The evening's incredible dishes include:  Duck Egg Ravioli, Chilled Jersey Asparagus Soup and House Cured Porkbelly.
