Owner Peter Stolpman joins us to celebrate Stolpman Vineyards, 100% Estate-grown wines, crafted on the limestone hills of Santa Barbara, California. Peter will be on hand to discuss 20 years of viticultural experimentation including hand harvesting and organic farming.  The Restaurant Nicholas kitchen created an exquisite 5-Course Menu to pair with Stolpman's unique offering of Rhone varietals.
